Refund & Privacy Policy

Please review the following policies before ordering a Broker Price Opinion report. By submitting an order and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

Refund Policy

Custom-prepared Broker Price Opinion reports and related services

All BPO Sales Are Final

Every BPO Fast report is custom prepared for a specific property and purpose. Once an order is submitted, work may begin immediately, including property research, public-record review, comparable selection, market analysis, condition review, rental analysis, report preparation, and professional broker evaluation.

Because each report requires individualized research, analysis, professional time, and resources, all BPO report fees and related service fees are non-refundable except as specifically stated below.

BPO fees will not be refundable for any reason other than our failure to deliver the ordered report within the specific delivery timeframe confirmed by BPO Fast.

Non-Delivery Refund

A full refund will be issued only when BPO Fast fails to deliver the ordered report within the delivery timeframe expressly confirmed in writing for that order.

The confirmed timeframe begins only after payment has been received and all required property information, records, documents, access instructions, photographs, and client responses have been provided.

Refunds Will Not Be Issued For

  • A change of mind after placing the order.
  • Disagreement or dissatisfaction with the value conclusion, comparable properties, adjustments, rental opinion, market analysis, or broker judgment.
  • A property selling, renting, appraising, or financing at a value different from the opinion stated in the report.
  • Incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, misleading, or delayed information supplied by the client or another party.
  • Delays caused by the client, property owner, tenant, agent, attorney, trustee, executor, access provider, or other third party.
  • Inability to access the property when interior access, inspection, photographs, measurements, or verification are required.
  • Changes to the requested report scope after work has started.
  • Failure to use the report, a change in the underlying transaction, or cancellation of a sale, settlement, probate, trust, divorce, investment, or rental decision.
  • Circumstances outside the reasonable control of BPO Fast, including interruptions to MLS access, public records, government systems, utilities, communications, weather, emergencies, or third-party data services.

Delivery Timeframes

Any turnaround time displayed on the website is an estimate unless BPO Fast confirms a specific delivery deadline in writing for the individual order. Complex properties, multi-unit properties, remote locations, access issues, missing records, legal matters, or expanded analysis may require additional time.

Client Delays

If required information, documents, photographs, access, approvals, or responses are delayed, the delivery deadline will be extended by the amount of time reasonably necessary to complete the report after the missing items are received.

Duplicate or Accidental Orders

Suspected duplicate orders must be reported immediately. A duplicate payment may be refunded only when no work has begun on the duplicate order. Once research or report preparation has started, the order remains non-refundable.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, clients agree to contact BPO Fast and provide a reasonable opportunity to review and resolve the concern. A disagreement with the report’s professional opinion does not constitute non-delivery or grounds for a refund.

Privacy Policy

How BPO Fast collects, uses, stores, and protects information

Information We Collect

BPO Fast collects information reasonably necessary to process orders, communicate with clients, prepare reports, deliver services, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations.

Contact Information

Name, company, telephone number, email address, billing information, mailing address, and preferred communication method.

Property Information

Property address, ownership information, occupancy, property type, photographs, condition details, access instructions, leases, rent information, and related documents.

Order and Payment Information

Report type, requested purpose, deadlines, order history, payment status, transaction identifiers, and billing records. Payment-card information is generally processed by third-party payment providers.

Website Information

Internet Protocol address, browser type, device information, referring pages, website activity, cookies, and similar technical data.

How We Use Information

  • To evaluate the requested service and prepare the appropriate BPO report.
  • To research property records, comparable sales, listings, rental information, market conditions, and property characteristics.
  • To communicate about orders, access, documents, deadlines, questions, report delivery, and related services.
  • To process payments, prevent fraud, maintain accounting records, and resolve billing issues.
  • To operate, protect, troubleshoot, and improve the BPO Fast website and services.
  • To comply with legal, regulatory, tax, licensing, brokerage, recordkeeping, and professional obligations.

Information Sharing

BPO Fast does not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared only when reasonably necessary to provide the requested service or comply with legal obligations.

  • Payment processors and financial institutions used to process transactions.
  • Website hosting, email, cloud storage, software, security, and technology providers.
  • Photographers, inspectors, researchers, vendors, or contractors assisting with the requested report when applicable.
  • Attorneys, accountants, insurers, regulators, government authorities, courts, or law enforcement when required or legally appropriate.
  • A client-authorized recipient, including an attorney, trustee, executor, fiduciary, owner, investor, lender, agent, or other designated party.

Public and Third-Party Property Data

BPO reports may use information obtained from MLS systems, public records, assessor records, mapping providers, listing services, property databases, government sources, and other third-party services. BPO Fast does not control the accuracy, privacy practices, availability, or retention policies of those outside sources.

Cookies and Analytics

The website may use cookies, analytics, security tools, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, understand website activity, prevent misuse, and improve performance. Browser settings may allow you to limit or disable cookies, although doing so may affect website functionality.

Data Security

BPO Fast uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards intended to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or misuse. No online system, email transmission, payment platform, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Data Retention

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to complete services, provide support, maintain professional and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal, tax, insurance, licensing, brokerage, and recordkeeping requirements.

Your Privacy Choices

Subject to applicable law and professional recordkeeping requirements, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information by contacting BPO Fast.

Some information may not be deleted when retention is required for legal, tax, regulatory, insurance, security, fraud-prevention, brokerage, licensing, or recordkeeping purposes.

California Privacy Rights

California residents may have additional rights concerning their personal information under applicable law. Requests will be reviewed and handled based on the nature of the information, the relationship with the requesting person, and any applicable legal or professional obligations.

Children’s Privacy

BPO Fast services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. BPO Fast does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Policy Changes

BPO Fast may revise this Refund and Privacy Policy when business practices, services, payment procedures, legal requirements, or technology change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
