Custom-prepared Broker Price Opinion reports and related services
All BPO Sales Are Final
Every BPO Fast report is custom prepared for a specific property and purpose. Once an order is submitted, work may begin immediately, including property research, public-record review, comparable selection, market analysis, condition review, rental analysis, report preparation, and professional broker evaluation.
Because each report requires individualized research, analysis, professional time, and resources, all BPO report fees and related service fees are non-refundable except as specifically stated below.
BPO fees will not be refundable for any reason other than our failure to deliver the ordered report within the specific delivery timeframe confirmed by BPO Fast.
Non-Delivery Refund
A full refund will be issued only when BPO Fast fails to deliver the ordered report within the delivery timeframe expressly confirmed in writing for that order.
The confirmed timeframe begins only after payment has been received and all required property information, records, documents, access instructions, photographs, and client responses have been provided.
Refunds Will Not Be Issued For
- A change of mind after placing the order.
- Disagreement or dissatisfaction with the value conclusion, comparable properties, adjustments, rental opinion, market analysis, or broker judgment.
- A property selling, renting, appraising, or financing at a value different from the opinion stated in the report.
- Incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, misleading, or delayed information supplied by the client or another party.
- Delays caused by the client, property owner, tenant, agent, attorney, trustee, executor, access provider, or other third party.
- Inability to access the property when interior access, inspection, photographs, measurements, or verification are required.
- Changes to the requested report scope after work has started.
- Failure to use the report, a change in the underlying transaction, or cancellation of a sale, settlement, probate, trust, divorce, investment, or rental decision.
- Circumstances outside the reasonable control of BPO Fast, including interruptions to MLS access, public records, government systems, utilities, communications, weather, emergencies, or third-party data services.
Delivery Timeframes
Any turnaround time displayed on the website is an estimate unless BPO Fast confirms a specific delivery deadline in writing for the individual order. Complex properties, multi-unit properties, remote locations, access issues, missing records, legal matters, or expanded analysis may require additional time.
Client Delays
If required information, documents, photographs, access, approvals, or responses are delayed, the delivery deadline will be extended by the amount of time reasonably necessary to complete the report after the missing items are received.
Duplicate or Accidental Orders
Suspected duplicate orders must be reported immediately. A duplicate payment may be refunded only when no work has begun on the duplicate order. Once research or report preparation has started, the order remains non-refundable.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, clients agree to contact BPO Fast and provide a reasonable opportunity to review and resolve the concern. A disagreement with the report’s professional opinion does not constitute non-delivery or grounds for a refund.
